Credit Scores

Credit Scores

Your credit score is the single most important number you have when it comes to your financial health. Everyone should go to www.annualcreditreport.com each year and get their free credit report from each credit bureau.

  • Did you know that 35% of your credit score is based on your payment history, for example how many times you have been late making your payments with each creditor.

  • Did you know that being 90 days late on a credit card payment can drop your score as much as having your home foreclosed on.

  • The purpose of a credit score is to calculate how likely you are to be more than 90 days late on one or more of your bills over a 2 year period.
