We set out 15 years ago to build a billing system that fit the needs of our clients. What we found was our clients had three basic needs from a Billing service.

Second, we found the traditional Billing services offered only did half the job. We also found, most Billing services where a low contingency letter service. Our Billing service not only sends out letters, but we also take and make “in” and “out” bound phone calls for our clients.

Third, we establish payment plans that follow our clients guidelines.

Our Billing service is flexible so our client can determine how long before we escalate an account or cancel an account.

Via our online access, our clients can make insurance write off adjustments. We feel a contractual write off with an insurance provider should not penalize our clients. Therefore we will work with them. Let our team design a solution that meets ALL your billing needs.

We offer payment monitoring services at NO COST to YOU. Our proprietary payment calculator allows you to offer your patients a payment plan that fits their budget. The calculator also provides an application and a contract for the patient. CSL monitors the patients payments and provides monthly updates to you. If the patient falls behind, we will call them and get them back on track. If they default on the agreement, we can help expedite collections.
